• Tangerines - 1 dozen
  • White Wine - 1 Bottle
  • Simple Syrup - 1/4-1/2 Cup (made with granulated sugar)

METHOD: Wash tangerines.   Cut in half and juice. Strain. In a large jug or punch bowl combine juice and wine.  Taste for sweetness and add Simple Syrup accordingly. Chill.  Serve over ice.

Yields about 6 cups.
